Interview Skills Refresher

Customer:  "Just as fascinating and useful as the first time around.  Amazing how much I remembered from the first session.  Just as valuable."

inanutshellpng.pngThis revisits familiar material, easily forgotten, while introducing a few new concepts - and, above all, providing more practice which is all most people need after Chris's original training.
Practice makes perfect.  The higher up the organisation, the better the person is expected to perform.  This workshop is about reviewing the essentials of interview technique and providing more practice - with a more critical attitude to participant’s performances.
As in the Media Interview Skills workshop, each participant gets three interviews, culminating in a hostile ‘Paxman’ style interview  - the scenario set by the person’s responsibilities.
The training material is based on that used in Media Interview Skills - but is menu based so that only the material necessary for the review is presented.

Please note this pre-requisite:   This workshop is only available to participants who have already attended a previous Chris Kelly workshop:  Media Interview Skills, Hotwired or Effective Media Skills a minimum of six months earlier.  This is not for beginners or those with fleeting media interview experience and builds on previous training concepts which will not be explained again to newcomers.
